Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, but we also keep this policy realistic and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, used bedding products cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Clearance or final sale items (if stated)

  • Products damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return

Email support@finebeddinguk.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
